5.HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA KEPT?

At the end of this retention period, your data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Customer account and loyalty program data
5 years from the end of relations with the Site. The period starts from either the last order, the last login to your customer account, the last call to customer service, the sending of an email to customer service, a click on a hyperlink in an email sent by Mon Petit Art or Editions Lucine, or adding products to the cart without completing the purchase.
At the end of these 5 years, an email asking if the customer wishes to continue receiving commercial prospecting will be sent. If there is no response or a negative response, the customer's data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
Purchase data
Retention of billing data until the end of the corresponding accounting period and the legal retention period (10 years).
Payment data
Retention of your payment details until payment certification and completion of relevant administrative and accounting formalities concerning your right of withdrawal and conditions applied to contest the payment.
Subscription to advertising communications
